Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Refunds

At Danke Design Studio, we take pride in our exclusive designs and premium-quality production, offering you only the very best in prints and framed artworks. We value our customers worldwide and are committed to providing excellent service at all times.

Custom-Made Orders

All of our products are custom-made on demand. Each print, framed artwork, or canvas is produced with care, specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. In line with UK and EU legislation, custom-made items are not eligible for a refund.

Damages & Issues

We carefully package all prints and framed artworks to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that something goes wrong, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

✅ Your item is damaged,

You received the wrong item, or

There are any defects.

Our policy is to replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send clear photos of:

The damaged or incorrect item, and

The packaging it arrived in.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Deliveries

Orders returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or lost due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs duties, or taxes cannot be refunded. Any additional shipping fees caused by unsuccessful deliveries, unclaimed packages, or returns-to-sender will be the responsibility of the customer.

If we receive a returned order, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note: we can only hold returned items for 14 days before they are recycled.
