Order Cancellations & Returns

At Danke Design Studio, each art print is individually produced to order.

As production begins shortly after an order is placed, we may be unable to make changes or stop production once printing has started.

For standard, non-personalised prints, customers retain their applicable statutory cancellation and return rights.

Personalised and custom-made artwork cannot be cancelled or returned due to a change of mind, where permitted by law.

If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
