At Danke Design Studio, we take great care in ensuring your artwork is beautifully produced, carefully packaged and safely delivered to your door.

Every print is individually made to order, allowing us to offer a carefully curated collection of artwork in a variety of sizes and finishes.

Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Production

All artwork purchased from Danke Design Studio is printed individually following an order.

As each print is made to order, a short production period is required before dispatch.

Our typical production time is 2–5 business days, although this may vary depending on the product, size, framing options and production location.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

During particularly busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please note that production times are separate from shipping and delivery times.

2. UK Shipping

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times depend on the product, destination and selected shipping service.

Estimated UK delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries worldwide.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the products ordered.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

International deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, local postal services or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination, product dimensions and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

Where promotional or free shipping offers are available, the relevant conditions will be displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to update shipping prices and available delivery services at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Where these charges are not included in the amount paid at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Any applicable charges and responsibilities will be communicated as required by law before purchase.

Danke Design Studio is not responsible for additional import charges that have been properly disclosed and are payable by the customer.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an international order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, this email will include a tracking number or link so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation or are experiencing difficulties tracking your order, please contact us.

We'll be happy to assist.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

Although we work with trusted production and delivery partners, occasional shipping delays can occur.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend checking your tracking information first.

We will investigate the issue with our delivery partners and work towards an appropriate resolution.

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your statutory rights.

Where we arrange delivery, responsibility for the goods remains with Danke Design Studio until they are delivered to you or a person nominated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights regarding delayed or undelivered goods.

8. Damaged Orders

We take great care to ensure that every print is securely packaged to protect it during transit.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged, we're here to help.

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and, where available, provide:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the damage.
• Clear photographs showing the affected artwork.
• Photographs of the packaging, if available.

This information helps us investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy at no additional cost, in accordance with your statutory rights.

We want you to receive your artwork in excellent condition and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is accurate and complete when placing an order.

Please carefully check your shipping details before completing checkout.

We will do our best to update your delivery information before dispatch.

However, once an order has entered production or been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.

If an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer results in an unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping costs may apply where reasonable and permitted by law.

This does not affect your rights where a delivery problem results from an error by Danke Design Studio or our delivery partners.

10. Multiple Items & Separate Deliveries

If you order multiple prints, they may occasionally be produced or dispatched separately.

This can happen when products require different printing facilities, sizes, finishes or production processes.

As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels or on different dates.

Where available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

There is no need to worry if one item arrives before another.

If you have concerns about an incomplete delivery, please contact us.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations

As all our artwork is made to order, production may begin shortly after your purchase.

If you need to change your order or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.

Once printing has started, changes or production cancellations may no longer be possible.

However, this does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.

Standard, non-personalised artwork remains subject to applicable consumer cancellation and return rights.

Personalised artwork produced to individual customer specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.
